MIAMI, FL – Jose E. Perdomo has been named Vice President of Ambulatory Services at Miami Children’s Hospital (MCH). His responsibilities include operations and strategic planning for numerous hospital programs including the Brain Institute, Primary Care Center and outpatient facilities in Weston, Miami Lakes and Palmetto Bay.
“To meet the growing demand for pediatric specialty services, Miami Children’s Hospital will continue to expand its programs to serve South Florida communities. Mr. Perdomo will play a key role in ensuring that our outreach programs continue to meet the needs of the neighborhoods they serve,” said Thomas M. Rozek, President and CEO of Miami Children’s.
Mr. Perdomo has been in healthcare administration at MCH since 1990. Prior to his promotion as Vice President, he served as Executive Director and Administrative Liaison for multiple department and divisions.
Founded in 1950, Miami Children’s Hospital is the only licensed specialty hospital for children in South Florida. The 268-bed medical complex offers medical care and services for children from birth to age 21.
