Miami Children’s Health System (MCHS) has been recognized by Becker’s Healthcare in its 2016 list of “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare.” The list features both U.S. healthcare provider organizations and healthcare-specific companies for their for workplace excellence, as well as benefit offerings, wellness initiatives, and efforts to improve professional development, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance and a sense of community among employees.
