Karla Novo, PA-C
Karla Novo is a board-certified physician assistant with the Division of Neurology, part of the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Brain Institute. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences with minors in chemistry and leadership at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Ms. Novo then completed her physician assistant training with a master’s degree in the Physician Assistant Studies Program at South University in Savannah, Georgia. Her clinical interests include intractable epilepsy, tuberous sclerosis, Dravet syndrome and other seizure disorders.
Ms. Novo is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the multi-specialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System.
