Yesterday, was a magical day!
Nicklaus Children's Hospital had the pleasure of welcoming First Lady Melania Trump to celebrate the unveiling of the Morton and Linda Bouchard Healing Garden and the Esrick Dream Foundation Cardiac Intensive Care Floor. A very heartfelt thank you to the Bouchard Family and the Esrick Family for their generosity and support. As Barbara Nicklaus shared yesterday “Jack and I believe your legacy is measured by the hearts you touch” and our generous friends and donors are certainly helping to make a lasting impact!
The Healing Garden will serve as a special space to promote healing and comfort for patients and families and the CICU will impact countless children and help “mend broken hearts.” Another thank you, to our sweet friends, Teegan, Riley and Mom, Cassidy for helping us with the special butterfly release.
