Nicklaus Children's Hospital Food and Nutrition Services Department offers nutritional consultations at select outpatient centers. Our goal is to maintain and improve your child's nutritional health. Nutrition consultations are available for children from infancy through adolescence. We offer outpatient assessments and counseling with referrals from your child's pediatrician or specialty physician. Available in English and Spanish. Prenatal Heart Program
The Prenatal
Heart Program is designed to address the needs of families
whose babies are suspected of having heart disease discovered via a prenatal ultrasound or are diagnosed with
congenital heart disease by fetal echocardiography. Our goal is to improve the care of infants with congenital
heart disease through perinatal diagnosis, prenatal planning, post-natal care and follow-up after birth and
throughout the child's life.

The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center
The IBD Center at Nicklaus Children’s is a multidisciplinary program that provides comprehensive
support and management for children and young adults with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. The center brings
together a wide range of care specialists to support the child and family in managing individual care needs.
The Center uses state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and treatments including:
- Flexible scopes, called endoscopes and colonoscopes
- Imaging services including fluoroscopy, CT scans, and MRI scans
- Camera pill (or PillCam), a non-invasive capsule endoscopy.
