Our cardiac rehabilitation team includes a pediatric cardiologist who oversees cardiac health and safety as well as cardiac physical therapists who specialize in pediatric heart conditions.

What to Expect

This outpatient rehabilitation program typically includes sessions two times per week over four-five months, that can be adjusted to needs of the patient.

  • Referral from pediatric cardiologist or primary care provider
  • Review of medical and surgical history
  • Initial consult to develop individualized rehab plan
