Lana Shah was speechless when she and her partner found out they were expecting triplets after a successful IVF fertility treatment. The couple experienced many emotions, including excitement about growing their family, and concern about whether there would be any health risks associated with carrying the triplets to full term. At 32 weeks, Lana delivered the triplets at Jupiter Medical Center (JMC).

The triplets spent six weeks in the NICU to gain strength before going home to be together with their family. Lana says her experience at JMC was smooth, led by stellar clinical teams in labor and delivery, post partum care and the NICU.
“Every single day, we could not have been more appreciative of the knowledge, support and the level of care we received. Every single person on that floor was attentive, empathetic and gentle. Our babies thrived!” says Lana.
“We are deeply grateful for the philanthropic donors who helped make our care –and the care of many more mothers and babies –possible. Thank you helping our community's youngest patients.”
Today, the triplets are healthy and thriving. Baby Kian is at the 95thpercentile in weight, while his identical twin sisters are as cute as dolls. Big brother, Ayan, is loving his little siblings.
