The De George Pediatric Unit at Jupiter Medical Center is a proud partnership with the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and the Lawrence J. and Florence A. De George Charitable Trust.
The unit is a comprehensive, family-centered environment, featuring state-of-the-art medical and therapeutic services. The child-friendly unit was designed specifically with kids in mind. Featuring 12 private rooms, two pediatric surgery suites, a therapy room, a Child Life Specialist, a Pediatric Social Worker and its very own playroom – as well as the “Bears Den” family lounge which was inspired by Jack “Golden Bear” Nicklaus and designed for families and visitors to rest or have privacy in an at-home atmosphere.

Outpatient Cardiology
The Nicklaus Children’s Outpatient Cardiology Program is recognized for expertise in the care and management
of pediatric heart disease, offering evaluation and treatment for fetal, newborns, children and adults with a
suspected or a diagnosed cardiac disorder. Part of Nicklaus Children’s nationally ranked Heart Institute;
the outpatient cardiology clinic is committed to delivering the highest-quality care with convenient access to
services for families in Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast.
