Nicklaus Children’s physicians were proud to honor those living with IBD during this event. Pediatric gastroenterologist Dr. John Peters, who sees patients at the Nicklaus Children’s Palm Beach Gardens Outpatient Center and recently joined our team as the PSA Northern Regional Chief for the Section of Gastroenterology, was on deck to meet members of the community. Joining Dr. Peters to raise awareness for those affected by inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) were Dr. Alisa Muñiz Crim, director of Nicklaus Children’s IBD Center and Theresa Todd, quality improvement analyst for the IBD Center.
