Knowing how to swim saves lives.  Swimming and water safety lessons are offered by a trained instructor for babies as young as 6 months to adolescents up to 21 years.

​F.O.C.U.S. Program

Understand the meaning and trreatment of ADHD.  This group will assist with managing feelings, developing organizationsal skills, maximizing concentration abilities, understanding the meaning and treatment of ADHD and how to socialize well with others.

​Superflex: A Social Skills Group for Children with Autism

Led by Superflex and a group of his comic book friends, this eight week group therapy program is designed for children ages 7 to 12 who have been diagnosed on the autism spectrum.  Superflex:  A Superhero Social Thinking Program provides a cognitive-behavioral curriculum to help children become aware of themselves and their social behaviors.
