MIAMI - Four new members have been elected to four year terms on the Board of Directors of Miami Children’s Hospital (MCH). They are:
Joe Arriola - Mr. Arriola is the Managing Director for MBF Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm that invests in emerging healthcare companies. Previously, Mr. Arriola served as Chief Administrator/City Manager for the City of Miami.
Gary Gregory – Mr. Gregory serves as Vice President for USI Insurance, a diversified insurance and financial services firm with regional offices in Coral Gables. Mr. Gregory served as Chairman of the MCH Board in 1993 and 1994.
Donna Huck - Ms. Huck is a consultant with Herner Block and Associates, a recruitment firm serving the legal industry. Ms. Huck is a founding member of Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation’s Community Council, a fundraising group. She served as Chairman of the MCH Board in 1991.
Juan Carlos Mas – Mr. Mas is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neff Corporation, a Miami-based construction equipment rental company, with operations in 16 states. Mr. Mas served as Chairman of the MCH board in 2000 through 2003. He also serves on the board of the Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Founded in 1950, Miami Children's Hospital is the only licensed specialty hospital for children in South Florida. Ranked by Child magazine among the best children’s hospitals in the nation, Miami Children's Hospital offers medical care and services for children from birth to age 21. It has also been designated an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet facility, the nursing profession’s most prestigious institutional honor. The 275-bed medical facility has expertise in all aspects of pediatric medicine.
