The presentation will provide an overview of what Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is, some theoretical background behind the diagnosis, origins and potentially adaptive aspects of ADHD. It will also help to dispel some of the myths and misconceptions surrounding the disorder and introduce some guiding principles for dealing with ADHD behaviors.
