Ms. Garcell-Garcia serves as the first point of contact for families seeking services of the Fetal Care Center. Prior to joining Nicklaus Children’s, she was a lactation consultant and registered nurse in the obstetrics unit at Homestead Hospital-Baptist Health System. She earned her nursing degree at Nova Southeastern University and is fluent in English and Spanish.
As a patient navigator, Ms. Rodriguez serves as a first point of contact for families seeking services of the Fetal Care Center. Prior to joining Nicklaus Children's, she provided bedside care to mothers and newborns as a transition nurse at Homestead Hospital and North Shore Medical Center. Ms. Rodriguez received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
As Interim Director for the Fetal Care Center/Special Delivery Unit, Ms. Domina is responsible for leading initiatives to support the program's development, including the creation of the maternity unites, as well as the overall enhancements to the surgical services departments. She previous served as Administrative Director of Surgical Services at Nicklaus Children's, where she was responsible for overseeing 9 operating rooms and more than 200 employees. Ms. Domina has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Barry University and a Masters degree in Nursing from University of Miami. She is a member of the American Association of Operating Room Nurses and the American Nurses Association.
