Compassionate patient and family centered care through the collaborative multidisciplinary approach. Assesses, implements, evaluates, and oversees the plan of care for Pre/Post General Pediatric, Plastic, Orthopedic Surgeries, Chronic Ventilator, Trauma, ENT, Urology & Med/Surg. patients. Supports and upholds quality standards of a Magnet designated hospital and Patient Bill of Rights and practices under the supervision of the Nursing Manager/Director. Minimum Job Requirements
