Magdalena Garcia, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Magdalena Garcia is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with the Division of Neurology, part of the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Brain Institute. She earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at Jacksonville University in Florida. Ms. Garcia then completed her nurse practitioner training with a master’s degree in nursing specializing in family medicine at Purdue University Global in West Lafayette, Indiana. Her clinical interests include epilepsy, headaches, autism, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Ms. Garcia is a member of the Florida Nurses Association and American Nurses Association.
Ms. Garcia is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the multi-specialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
