Updated Gift Shop Hours and Process

The Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Gift Shop has reopened, with hours of operation from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For the safety and security of our guests, the following guidelines will be implemented:

A limited number of guests will be allowed in the gift shop during hours of operation to maintain physical distancing.

Face masks must be worn at all times while in the gift shop.

A hand sanitizer station will be placed at the entrance. Guests are encouraged to sanitize before entering and as they leave the gift shop.

The gift shop will be accepting phone orders and reinstating delivery services.

A contactless payment option will be available.

The Nicklaus Children's Hospital Gift Shop provides family and friends with a wide variety of products and services to brighten the spirits of children during their hospital stay. The shop is located in the Variety building, next to the cafeteria.

The Gift Shop also offers the convenience to customize, purchase and have gifts delivered to patients through a simple phone call .This way, family and friends who can't come to the hospital for any reason, can still send a gift and their wishes.

Going Cashless

For everyone’s safety and to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19, starting January 4, 2021, all retail spaces including the Gift Shop, Golden Cub Cafe, Miracles Cafe and Jungle Café will be cashless operations. Badges and credit cards will be the only forms of payment.
