Yoga for Kids

Yoga increases flexibility, strength, endurance, coordination, attention, calmness, and self-awareness. Children will get the chance to engage in yoga poses, postures, and group play activities while at the same time increasing social skills, play skills, and self-confidence.

The Yoga program runs for 12 weeks, once a week. It is designed for children ages 5-8 and ages 9-15.

Children participating in this program should be able to follow verbal directions, be able to attend for short periods of time, and be able to move with minimal to no assistance.
