Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees are expected to:

  1. Recognize common office-based neurosurgical diagnoses in infants and children including minor TBI/concussion, spina bifida occulta, plagiocephaly vs. craniosynostosis, hydrocephalus, and shunt malfunction.
  2. Recognize incidental imaging findings and know when to refer.
  3. Understand the current concussion and minor TBI guidelines.
