Dr. Jean Marcel Deray is a pediatric neurologist with the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Brain Institute. He earned his medical degree from Pitié-Salpêtrière University in Paris, France. Dr. Deray continued his training with pediatric residencies at the John R. Oishei Childrens Hospital in Buffalo, New York and Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Childrens in Honolulu, Hawaii. He also completed a residency in pediatric neurology at UCLA Health in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Deray then pursued a fellowship in sleep disorders at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto, California. His clinical interests include sleep disorders, autism, speech delays and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
 
Dr. Deray is board certified in general pediatrics, pediatric neurology and sleep disorders. He is a member of the American Sleep Disorders Association. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals.
 
Dr. Deray is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the physician-led multispecialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. He speaks English, French and Spanish.
