Dr. Ladd received his undergraduate degree from Marshall University and attended medical school at West Virginia University. He completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital and a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at the Columbia University Medical Center in New York, NY.
Dr. Ladd joined the Division of Critical Care Medicine at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in 2016. He is the Assistant Medical Director of ECLS/ECMO services and a member of the Bioethics Committee.
Dr. Ladd is board certified in general Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
