Ann Marie Mojica, MD
Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist
Dr. Ann Marie Mojica is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist with the Helen & Jacob Shaham Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute at Nicklaus Children’s. She earned her medical degree from Texas A&M University College of Medicine in College Station. Dr. Mojica completed a residency in pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine/ Children’s Hospital of San Antonio in Texas, where she also served as chief resident and was recognized as resident of the month and received the excellence in teaching award. She then pursued a fellowship in pediatric hematology-oncology at the University of Utah/Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City. Her clinical interests include sickle cell disease, vascular anomalies and pediatric oncologic diagnoses.
Dr. Mojica is board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric hematology-oncology. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Society of Hematology, American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Children’s Oncology Group. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed publications and she has presented at various medical conferences.
Dr. Mojica is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the multispecialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System.
