Pediatric Hematology and Oncology
Nicklaus Children’s at Broward Health offers area families local outpatient appointments and inpatient care with specialists who offer the latest treatments for cancer and blood disorders. Nicklaus Children’s Helen & Jacob Shaham Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute is transforming pediatric cancer care to ensure no child must leave Florida for leading-edge cancer treatment.
Pediatric Orthopedics
Nicklaus Children’s at Broward Health offers Broward families convenient outpatient appointments with specialists who offer the latest treatments for children with orthopedic needs. The Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Orthopedic, Sports Medicine and Spine Institute is a national leader in pediatric orthopedic care and is one of the largest providers of pediatric orthopedic surgical services in the state.
Pediatric Endocrinology
Nicklaus Children’s at Broward Health offers outpatient pediatric endocrinology services from board-certified pediatric endocrinologists. The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at Nicklaus Children’s offers comprehensive services for infants, children and adolescents with endocrine disorders, including a Diabetes Treatment Center, Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia Comprehensive Care Center and Thyroid and Endocrine Surgery Center.
Gastroenterology
Nicklaus Children’s at Broward Health offers outpatient consultations with board-certified pediatric gastroenterologists. The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Nicklaus Children’s is dedicated to the treatment of wide-ranging gastrointestinal needs in infants, children and adolescents. Comprehensive care programs of the division include an Eating Disorders Program and an Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center.
