Dr. Michael Owens completed his medical education at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida and completed his residency in General Surgery and Otolaryngology at University of South Florida Affiliated Hospitals. He is a Diplomate on the American Board of Otolaryngology.
