The Physician Liaisons and Outreach Services team connects with physicians, practice staff and other healthcare providers in multiple areas at a local, regional and national level to assist with service line access improvement and practice management support. Our goal is to visit, engage, educate and effectively communicate and serve physicians, practice staff, and other healthcare providers to develop and build lasting relationships as well as inspire loyalty.

Olga Laurenti is the Director of Physician Outreach at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital bringing dedication and compassion to her role. With a commitment to connecting healthcare professionals and fostering partnerships, Olga Laurenti plays a vital role in the hospital’s mission. Beyond her career, she is a devoted parent to two sports-loving children, making her a familiar face at various sporting events when not immersed in the world of pediatric healthcare.

Samantha Lesmes is a Physician Liaison in the Miami-Dade territory. She has over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations and business development. Her focus is to build relationships with physicians and industry leaders. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, working out and spending time with family.
Renee Jadusingh is a Physician Liaison in the Broward County territory. Prior to joining the Physician Outreach Team she was the Manager for the Child Life and Music Therapy Departments. She has been a part of the Nicklaus Children’s Family for over 10 years.

Stephanie Davila-Vidal is a Patient Care Coordinator with over 10 years of experience in Healthcare. Her focus is patient advocacy and helping the community better serve their patients, ensuring all families are treated with care, compassion, and respect. Prior to joining Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, she worked as an Assistant Administrator in a Hematology/Oncology Physician Practice . Her passion is working to assist all children and families in the most vulnerable of times.

Riccardo Firmino, is a leader in the production of e-publications as well as in the management, development, production and execution of conferences and trade shows, marketing strategies and publicity programs. Mr. Firmino has an extensive background in these areas, as well as an acute knowledge of continuing education for professionals. Mr. Firmino holds a Master's degree from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.
