Michael Borchetta, DO, FAAP
Pediatric Urgent Care
Dr. Michael Borchetta provides care at Nicklaus Children’s Urgent Care Centers. He earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Borchetta then completed a residency in pediatrics at the Palm Beach Consortium for Graduate Medical Education/Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida. He also completed a fellowship in pediatric infectious disease from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital. His clinical interests include infections in immunocompromised hosts.
Dr. Borchetta is board certified in general pediatrics. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and member of the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians and American Osteopathic Association. His work has been published in medical journals.
Dr. Borchetta is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the multispecialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
