This six-week group therapy program is designed for teens aged 13-17 who have symptoms of depression, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal challenges.

Participants will learn a combination of mindfulness skills, distress tolerance and emotional regulation skills, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.

Groups will meet for an hour, once a week, for six weeks. Parents who are interested in registering their for the program child will need to attend an evaluation session with a therapist prior to the start of the program.
