Product Recall: King Bio Kids and Infant Products

King Bio is voluntarily recalling various products to the consumer level. A small percentage of our products produced between 08/01/2017 and 04/2018 have tested positive for microbial contamination. Out of an abundance of caution, we are recalling the products and lot numbers below.


Product Recall: Diono Convertible and Booster Car Seats

Diono is recalling 519,052 Radian R100, Radian R120, Radian RXT, Olympia, Pacifica, and Rainier convertible and booster car seats.

When the seat is secured to the car using the lap belt without also using the top tether, it may not adequately protect the child from injury in the event of a crash.

Product Recall: Drugmaker GSK recalling nearly 600,000 asthma inhalers in U.S.

GSK Plc is voluntarily recalling more than 593,000 Ventolin asthma inhalers from U.S. hospitals, pharmacies, retailers and wholesalers due to a defect that may cause them to deliver fewer doses of the medicine than indicated, the British drugmaker said on Tuesday.

Product Recall: Britax Strollers

A damaged receiver mount on the stroller can cause the car seat to disengage and fall unexpectedly, posing a fall hazard to infants in the car seat.

Special Holiday Shopping Recalls Report

The FDA is advising parents, caregivers and health care providers not to feed SimplyThick, a thickening product, to premature infants. The product may cause necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), a life-threatening condition.
