Dr. Erika M. Vazquez-Cuffe is a pediatrician and pediatric emergency medicine specialist who sees patients at the De George Pediatric Unit and Mastroianni Family Pediatric Emergency Department at Jupiter Medical Center. She earned her medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla. Dr. Vazquez-Cuffe then completed a residency in pediatrics, followed by a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine, at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Her clinical interests include pediatric trauma, use of ultrasound in emergency settings and high-fidelity simulation in education.
Dr. Vazquez-Cuffe is board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and Society for Academic Emergency Medicine. She has presented at medical conferences.
Dr. Vazquez-Cuffe is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the physician-led multispecialty group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
