Dr. Keith Hassan earned his medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown. He pursued a residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at West Virginia University/Charleston Area Medical Center, then completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. Dr. Hassan also obtained a Master of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health in Chapel Hill.
 
Dr. Hassan is board certified in general pediatrics. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
