Dr. Christin is a pediatric nephrologist and serves as chief of the Nicklaus Children's Pediatric Specialists Section of Nephrology, as well as medical director of Inpatient and Outpatient Dialysis within the Division of Nephrology at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. She earned her medical degree from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Christin then completed a pediatric residency at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine/Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, followed by a fellowship in pediatric nephrology at the same institution. Her clinical interests include congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract, acute kidney injury and dialysis.
Dr. Christin is board certified in both general pediatrics and pediatric nephrology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American Society of Pediatric Nephrology and the American Society of Nephrology.
