HIALEAH - Nicklaus Children's Health System has opened its newest pediatric urgent care facility, the Nicklaus Children's Hialeah Outpatient Center in the city of Hialeah. The center, located at 990 W 49th Street, offers walk-in pediatric urgent care services from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily for infants, children, teens and young adults through age 21. Services are led by board-certified pediatricians.
Nancy Humbert, Executive Vice President of Ambulatory Services and External Affiliations for Nicklaus Children's Health System, said, “We are pleased to enhance access to pediatric services for families in Hialeah through the opening of this beautiful new center. The Nicklaus Children's Hialeah Outpatient Center brings to 13 the total number of Nicklaus Children's outpatient facilities serving South Florida from Palm Beach County to southern Miami-Dade County. Nicklaus Children's urgent care facilities provide the comfort of walk-in urgent care with no appointment needed. Other outpatient services offered at various locations throughout the region include rehabilitation services, imaging services and subspecialty medical appointments.
