Great Place to Work® and Fortune Name Miami Children’s Health System One of the Best Workplaces in Health Care

Miami Children’s Health System has been named to one of the country’s Best Workplaces in Health Care by Great Place to Work and Fortune in its 2017 listing. The award is bestowed to organizations that go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of patients as well as the employees committed to their care. 
Miami Children’s Health System ranks #4 on the list, which is based on surveys from nearly 88,000 employees across the industry. The results show that our team members enjoy a supportive work environment with effective communication and trust in leadership.
