Nicklaus Children's Welcomes Kevin Snyder as Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Kevin Snyder has joined Nicklaus Children’s Health System as vice president of marketing and communications. Snyder brings to the position nearly 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the healthcare industry.

Most recently, he served as vice president of marketing and communications with Bayhealth Hospital in Delaware. Previously, Snyder served as vice president of communications marketing at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.

“We are delighted that Kevin will lead our marketing and communications programs,” said Jennifer McCafferty-Fernandez, PhD, chief of staff and senior vice president of external affairs for the health system. “He brings to us remarkable knowledge and experience across the spectrum of healthcare marketing, communications and brand development.”

Snyder holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. He has also earned certifications in advanced finance planning, strategic planning, business development and more.
