Miami Children’s Hospital Board of Directors Meet with Nurses

Miami, FL - Three Miami Children's Hospital Board Members became the first official “nurse ambassadors,” shadowing selected floor nurses on October 26, 2010 at Miami Children's Hospital. Gary Gregory, Chairman of the Board, Donna Huck, Secretary and Alex Soto, Board Member, began the day with a welcoming breakfast and tour of the hospital’s newest family-friendly enhancement, the Michael Fux Family Center. The board members experienced an in-depth perspective by visiting specific patient care units throughout the hospital while working with the nurses.
