MCH was ranked 14th among the nation’s Top 125 Training Organizations. This is the highest training achievement for Miami Children’s Hospital to date. MCH has been included in the magazine’s list every year since 2006.
The ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, innovative learning solutions, quality and quantity of certifications offered to employees, web-based knowledge exchange, leadership development programs, and alignment to business strategy and goals.
