Miami Children’s Hospital (MCH) is among the “20 Most Beautiful Hospitals in America,” according to results of Soliant Health’s annual hospital ranking. MCH was ranked fourth in the nation and is the only children’s hospital in Florida to receive this distinction.
A total of 350 hospitals were nominated by patients and Soliant selected 50 hospitals as finalists. The winning 20 hospitals were selected based on online voting, with more than 170,000 ballots cast to determine the winners. Each nominated hospital had a photo on the website and a brief description provided by the nominating family. Miami Children’s was lauded for its child-friendly theme, with vibrant colors and an entrance similar to a castle.
The nominated hospitals varied in style and architecture, from dramatic structures to bold facades to subtle designs that form part of each hospital’s charm.
