Joseph Nader Joins Miami Children's Board of Directors

MIAMI – Joseph Nader has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Miami Children's Hospital. The 19-member panel provides oversight to the 289-bed private nonprofit pediatric subspecialty hospital.

Mr. Nader is based in Coral Gables and is the Managing Director for Wescott Financial Advisory Group, one of the leading independent wealth management firms in the country, serving high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, foundations and other institutions. Previously Mr. Nader was the Chief Investment Officer with a South Florida Trust Company and prior to that has held several senior level positions with major international financial service firms.

He holds a master's in international business and finance from The American University, Kogod College of Business Administration in Washington, DC., is a Registered Investment Adviser, Registered Trust Representative and a member of both the Financial Planning Association as well as the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors.

Mr. Nader has served on Miami Children's Hospital's Investment Committee since 2012 and will be also serving as a member of the Hospital’s Finance Committee.
