Gloria Estefan Visits Miami Children's Hospital

MIAMI, FL — On February 22nd, Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Gloria Estefan surprised the patients of Miami Children’s Hospital with a visit. During her time at the hospital Ms. Estefan read her new book, "The Magically Mysterious Adventures of Noelle the Bulldog," a tale of her pet bulldog who realizes that the characteristics that make her different, make her special. Ms. Estefan also visited numerous patient rooms and lifted the children’s spirits with encouraging words. 

Founded in 1950, Miami Children's Hospital is the only licensed specialty hospital for children in South Florida. Ranked Miami–Dade County’s “Best Pediatric Hospital” by South Florida Parenting Magazine, Miami Children's Hospital offers medical care and services for children from birth to age 21.
