Published on: 01/30/2012

Kimberly won't let juvenile arthritis to stop her from dancing. At 10 years old she is an Irish dancing champion, participating in national competitions. Kimberly has been a patient at the Division of Rheumatology for eight years, being treated primarily with medications that do not contain steroids.

Kimberly visits the division every two months to be screened.

"The medicine is working on her," say her parents, Kakthleen and Raymond of Hollywood. "Kimberly receives extraordinary care at the hands of Dr. Rivas-Chacón and his staff."
