Pediatric Nursing Review Course

2-Day Course Overview:

The onsite Pediatric CCRN Review Course is a hospitals ponsored format of this popular course designed for organizations that wish to provide certification review to a group of 25 – 50 nurses at one time. The hospital
contracts with Nurse Builders to provide the Pediatric CCRN Review Course. The hospital provides the location and facilitates the registration process. Nurse Builders provides the onsite instructor, all course materials, registration sheets and contact hour certificates for all of your nurse participants.
 

Course Objectives

• Review and enhance test taking skill
• Decrease anxiety related to the certification exam
• Identify content outline for the certification exam
• Identify resources for the Pediatric CCRN Exam preparation
• Identify typical presentation as well as management of pediatric critical care situations
• Enhance nursing care of critically ill infants and children

About the Instructor

Susan is dedicated to preparing pediatric critical care nurses to sit for the Pediatric CCRN Exam. She is an expert in pediatric critical care nursing, speaker, and author. Susan has dedicated most of her nursing career to Pediatric Critical Care. She maintains an active clinical practice as a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in a trauma center. She is an authority on the Pediatric CCRN Exam and review process. Susan presents her 2-day Pediatric CCRN Review Course onsite at hospitals and at regional review courses across the country.
