Baby Grace Beats All Odds Despite Rocky Start to Life
08/28/2017 — Grace was transferred to Nicklaus Children’s for what referring doctors believed were complications associated with neonatal sepsis. Soon after, the care team learned Grace had an enlarged failing heart due to hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a complex congenital heart defect that essentially means the baby was born with half a heart.

01/16/2017 — La tecnología MediGuide puede ser usada para asistir al médico en la navegación de las herramientas de implante y de los catéteres en la anatomía cardiaca, durante implantes de dispositivos, en casos tales como la Terapia de Resincronización del Ritmo (CRT, por sus siglas en inglés), la cual ayuda a restablecer el ritmo del corazón del paciente retornándolo a la normalidad y protegiendo a los pacientes con dispositivos para la CRT contra la muerte súbita.
