Easter Basket Blitz Brings Smiles Throughout the U.S.
Wells Fargo volunteers renewed a springtime tradition: delivering thousands of Easter baskets to children in hospitals, shelters, and other locations. The memorable day was made possible by Wells Fargo’s nationwide “Hops for Hope” volunteer effort, which delivers baskets to children in hospitals, children’s homes, homeless shelters, and more. The annual event is organized by Cash Vault Services in Wells Fargo’s Payments, Virtual Solutions & Innovation group.
Annual Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenantion (ECMO) Reunion
Two dozen former ICU patients had a great time today reuniting with their care teams at the annual ECMO reunion. ECMO stands for Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenantion which is essentially a heart lung bypass that allows our most sick patients time to heal by performing their heart and lung functions for them. Nicklaus Children's Hospital has providing patients with this lifesaving technique for more than 20 years.
