The Day Before Surgery
Admitted to hospital, a few tests (minimal pain and discomfort)

12:15 pm - Surgery begins
4:30 pm - Surgery completed
5:00 pm - Patient moved to CICU

Seven Hours After Surgery
Many I.V.s Two Chest tubes allow drainage Sleeping, breathing helped by ventilator

All but two drugs discontinued Chest tubes removed, I.V. in left arm only Breast feeding okay
