Dr. Costa completed his medical education at Universidad Central del Este in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. His pediatric training and fellowship in Neonatology were completed at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is board certified in Pediatrics and board eligible in Neonatology.
