Dr. Khan is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists, the physician-led multispecialty group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. He is a pediatric cardiologist with The Heart Institute at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Dr. Khan earned his medical degree from Aga Khan University Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He then completed a pediatric residency at Pennsylvania State University/Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Dr. Khan then pursued a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. His clinical interests include adult congenital heart disease and cardiac intensive care.


Dr. Khan is board certified in pediatrics, pediatric cardiology and adult congenital heart disease. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and he has presented at conferences nationally and internationally.


Dr. Khan sees patients at the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital main campus and Nicklaus Children’s Dan Marino Outpatient Center. He is bilingual in English and Urdu.
