Emily Hernandez, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC
Emily Hernandez is a board-certified nurse practitioner who provides care to inpatients on the neurology seizure unit and also sees outpatients with the Division of Neurology, part of the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Brain Institute. She earned a bachelor’s degree in science of nursing at Miami Dade College in Florida. Ms. Hernandez then completed her nurse practitioner training with a master’s degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at West Coast University in Doral, Florida.
Ms. Hernandez is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the multispecialty medical group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
